Performance Management
Performance Management is a web-based application to reliably create and track performance goals and development plans throughout the year for every employee. This system is based on industry best practices and includes not only sections for individual goals and development plans, but also sections for recording job duties and competencies.
All items can be rated and used for a final appraisal process and can include mid-year or quarterly review, as desired by the customer. The systems architecture is based on open-system software so that if at latter stage the organization decides to purchase a larger enterprise solution, the data can be easily copied over into the new system or saved as a permanent database of PDF files for future reference. This also allows the software to be easily linked to HRIS and other systems to ensure easy data flow into and out of the system.
